Purchased my SeaSonic M12II on January 7, 2017, but I didn't check the box until I started to assemble my current build this week. There are supposed to be 4x 550+100 mm 6/8 pin modular PCIE cables. When the bag was opened there were only 2 of these PCIE cables. All other cables are accounted for with no extras. The Sellers says that since it is over a month old transaction their company policy says I'm out of luck. Seasonic says its the whole sellers problem. So I guess my only recourse is to locate somewhere that sells the needed cables individually.

Solution
Actually, you don't miss any cables, you just read the cable info wrong.

The 4 - "550 + 100 mm - modular 6/8 pin" doesn't mean you'll get 4 cables where each one has 1st connector at 550mm and 2nd connector 100mm from the first one. What the 4 means is that you'll get two cables, each having 2 connectors, making the total number of connectors 4.
PSU specs: https://seasonic.com/product/m12ii-620-evo/
Select "Cables" tab.

If you look the SATA cable from the specs, it states 8 - "400 + 120 + 120 + 120 mm - modular". You won't get 8x SATA cables where each cable has 4 connectors on it. Instead, you'll get two cables with 4 connectors per cable, making total amount of connectors 8, as stated on the specs page.

If you need more power cables, you can go for CableMod SE-series power cables,

Pick your favorite color and either get a full set of cables or only the 1x 24-pin, 1x 4/8-pin and 2x 6/8-pin set.
Note: Only SE-series power cables are compatible with Seasonic PSUs. CM, B, E etc series power cables won't fit Seasonic PSUs.
