Turtle Beach XO One Mic Won't Work

I have an adapter to these for the PC, they are for the Xbox One. The audio is coming through just fine, but the mic isn't working. It has a green check mark in the Windows 10 recording devices, it is plugged in all the way, and I have tried the back ports on the motherboard. I want to use the front panel connectors. I have updated the drivers but to no avail, if anyone can help that would be much appreciated.

I have this same issue can you tell me what you updated? its not detecting the microphone on my pc

I updated the specific drivers for my motherboard audio ports, just search for a tool to locate driver updates quickly and run that, then update both the audio and microphone ports. Also make sure it's plugged in all the way since mine might've also been out partially. I have an MSI B350m motherboard.

Yeah I was able to get it. Microsoft automatically downloaded a audio driver that was incompatible with motherboard so sound worked but not headsets just had to download motherboards audio
