Sounds like a problem with your power supply. It does sound a little off brand, and might not be pushing out as much power as you need. Also, GTA V have lots of stuttering issues and such while playing with only 4 gb of memory. I don't know what kind of conclusion to make here, because it sounds like the power supply, but it could also be the graphics card.

Please find another computer you could test your graphics card upon, and if the card works okay, then it's most likely your power supply. Looks like both of them need an upgrade, anyways. Good luck!

A graphics card can handle temperatures that are around 80 degrees. And maybe, if you're playing GTA V with that low profile RAM, that could surely be the cause, but I'm still convinced that it might be your power supply causing these problems. When you get the BSOD, what error code do you receive? Thank you very much!
