Hello ,
Recently I've been planning to build my first gaming PC. After a lot of research I've gathered the posters in pcpartpicker so I just wanted to your advice on this build. My budget is 600$ and I chose a bit expensive case for a budget build cause I like that case and the power supply is not modular. Here is the link :-

Changes made
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-B250M-Gaming 5 -> Gigabyte GA-B250M-Gaming 3
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 3GB -> MSI GTX 1060 3GB
PSU: Corsair CX450M -> Seasonic M12II-520 EVO

Reasons why
MoBo: Replaced the MoBo with a bit cheaper one to keep the build within the budget, while maintaining black & red theme you're going with this build.

GPU: EVGA GPU is out of stock at Amazon, so picked the 2nd cheapest GPU.

PSU: Corsair CX450M is semi-modular and low quality (Tier four) PSU,
PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

While Seasonic M12II-520 EVO is fully modular and good quality (Tier two) PSU. You'll also get 5 years of warranty with Seasonic unit.

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic, full specs in my sig.

I got to ask, why you selected Z-series MoBo for locked multiplier CPU that can't be OC'd?

Going with Z-series MoBo makes sense if OP decides to upgrade his RAM to e.g 3000 Mhz and/or use K-series CPU (e.g i5-7600K or i7-7700K) with ample CPU cooling. B-series MoBo is fine for 1st gaming PC since CPU still can be upgraded to any non-K CPU (e.g i5-7600 or i7-7700).
Though, it's up to OP to decide if to go with Z270 or B250 chipset.

EVGA 450 B3 uses Super Flower platform and comes with a 5 years of warranty. It also has Japanese caps and semi-passive fan. Though, probably for cost cutting reasons, the fan has sleeve bearing. All in all, the new EVGA B3 PSU line seems to be good quality (Tier two) PSUs. So, feel free to go with EVGA 450 B3.

I am going with the B250M Motherboard cause first of all it's a bit more expensive and 2nd cause it's useful if I overclock but the g4600 CPU is not overclock
