How do I update my bios to Support kaby lake

I Have gigabyte Z170XP-Sli motherboard and I want to update the bios because I want to upgrade to 7700k not sure how to. Please help with steps on how to do so.

You need to have a Skylake CPU, install it on the motherboard then Download the BIOS from Here and Follow these steps.

How does Rufus 2.15 work when i press start it says please click on the disc button to select a bootable image, or uncheck the create a bootable disk using check box. I unchecked it and it still shows up?
