I need a pc that would let me game at atleast med-high settings till 2020.
1060 3GB from it's raw power looks the better one but the 3gb VRAM is a pain to suffer(you tell me?).
The RX 570 4GB looks excellent for the price as well.
RX 580 4GB I have no information about.
I'm confused which one to buy.

Pricing :
Asus Dual GTX 1060 3GB - 17500INR(260$)
STRIX Non OC RX 570/Strix OC RX 570 - 16500INR(245$)/18500INR(275$)
MSI RX 580 4GB OC Armor - 19000INR(280$)

My PC :
i5 7400
H110M-S2 Updated BIOS for i5 7400
1x8GB HyperX 2133MHz
Antec Vp550P 550W PSU
22" 60Hz 1080p IPS Display
1TB WD Blue HDD

-------------------------------------------------------------

Please help me out with the best combination with the given options.

All I want is Ultra 1080p 60Hz gaming for this year and Med-High Gaming for the next two years after which is gaming till 2020.

Solution
Yea why wouldn't they , they are virtually the same card.
The RX 5** is absolutely a refresh with better binning, higher clocks & refined power circuitry.
Support will be exactly the same , they run on the same drivers ,the RX 4** are no longer in production because there's no need for them.

Same with msi, support will be the same.
The armor model are just as popular as the gaming series , they're virtually the same card , apart from cheaper fans & a non silent mode on the armor .

All you need to worry about is the actual product warranty.

The RX 580 4GB for $280 seems like the best option from the above to me for High/Ultra at 1080p but i agree and RX 580 8GB or GTX 1060 6GB would be better options especially since you want to push to 2020. If you are happy to spend more it'll be worth it for the GTX 1060 6GB at $305 since the RX 580 8GB is out of the question. Hope this helps :)

Can you give me any links to a comparison between 580 4gb vs 570 4gb?
I've seen a few comparisons on YouTube by not so popular folks but what I've seen shows that the rx 480 4gb is just 5-7% better.
So is that low performance worth it?
I personally am not a fan of overclocking.I don't want to lose my warranty.
The non OC Asus strix 570 4gb is 35$(2500INR) cheaper than the MSI Armor OC RX 580 4GB.

Thoughts?

The 570 is slightly weaker than the older 480 .
The 580 is around 10% stronger than the 570.

That's in games at the present fps wise.

The issue here is the 470/570 cards are cut down by 10% on the shaders , they have a core clock increase to try & counteract that.

The 480 & 580 are stronger cards hands down even though the performance difference seems relatively small. (Think comparatively the difference between a 1060 3gb & 6gb model)

Stick with the 580 4gb if you can afford it is my advice , on some future titles you'll likely see that 10% performance difference widen.

Thank you very much.
What I saw was the RX 580 vs RX 570.RX 580 was around 10% better.
When I changed the RX 570 to nitro+ 570 the performance difference got to 5-7%.

So these performance gains for 35$?
Worth it?
What's you say people?

In the comparisons of eurogamer.net there is no RX 580 4GB.

The maximum push can be made for the RX 580 4GB in my case and only to the MSI OC Armor edition because this is the only 580 4gb in my budget.

If it's not much to ask,can you give me any link to any video from a trusted source of a RX 580 4GB(any model will do as there shouldn't be much difference with Msi Armor)

There are not many benches of the 580 4gb .
I think a lot of people were unwilling tonoutbthe time in simply because these are rehases of the 470 & 480 with comparable clock increases.

You're essentially talking a 10% increase over the old cards.

There's a video comparing a 470 4gb & 480 4gb.
Generally 10% difference until you hit a title like re 7, infinite warfare , for honour which actually makes use of the extra shaders in the 480/580 GPU core.
You're then closer to 20% than 10%.

For that reason I'd go for the 580 , I'd even go for the older 480 over a 570 if there is one available at a similar price.
Because it has extra hardware shaders onboard it has more relative physical grunt irregardless of clock speed.

Get the 1060 6gb , I had two rx 580 nitro + , both of them couldn't run on the oc bios mode (1411 mhz) sapphire sais that it should be stable at 1450 mhz. Don't even bother with amd. I thought that the drivers from nvidia are crap , but amd is still a low end.

Well I surely can find RX 480 4GB&8GB variants.
While watching a RX 480 4GB benchmark.How much more performance gain shall I add to a RX 580 4GB?
I'm sure I'll find a bunch of RX 480 4Gigs benchmarks on YouTube right?

You'll find a rack of 4gb 480 benches .
Generally (for comparable models) the 580 4gb has between 8-10% increase over the 480 4gb.

The 570 4gb only competes with the older 480 4gb because it has a BIG base clock increase.
On a purely hardware based level the 480/580 are superior to the 470/570.
On that same hardware based level the 480 is superior to the 570 even if the general benchmarks look very very similar.

I have one last issue.
You may think of it as weird but will AMD pay as much attention to their buyers of RX 500 series as RX 400 series?
I mean the RX 500 is just a refresh right?
Also how longer the support will be from MSI side for their Armor OC version?Gaming X is much more favorable to people so I was just wondering about the AMD and MSI support after a year or two.

Yea why wouldn't they , they are virtually the same card.

I'll go with the RX 580 4GB MSI OC.
But out of curiosity.
Why haven't you or anyone of you haven't even cared to talk about the 1060 3gigs edition?

The problem with the 1060 3gb is that its not just half the vram, it also has less cuda cores, so its not really a 1060 at all.

I guess it won't be a smart choice for gaming after 2018.

^ yup that's pretty much it , releasing a card with half the vram is one thing , naming it the same when its been cut down fairly severely on a hardware level is another (to many , me included , the 1060 3gb should have been called the 1050ti) , only the staunchest nvidia fanboi would argue otherwise.

At least amd dictate a difference with the 470/480 & 570/580 naming conventions - you are pointesnto the fact there's a hardware difference between a *70 & *80 card at least.

The 580 4gb is a fully fledged 580gb with the same core clocks albeit with half the vram which is admittedly clocked slightly slower.
