Is savekeys.net a legit place to buy PC Games?

Hello guys, i'm looking forward to buy Grand Theft Auto (PC). In this website https://www.savekeys.net/, they are selling GTA 5 for just $12-$13. I contacted them to make sure it's legit, they replied that they'll register my account to Rockstar Social Club with an activated game so that i can change my account details later.

But i'm not sure about that, so my only question is, can i buy GTA 5 from them?
I'm from India, BTW i submitted a similar post in reddit & quora but there were no any replies.
So guys i'm thanking you in advance to help me figure this out !!! :)

I'd say not. it'll be like other similar sites. If it is legit why are they registering and then you having to change details? why not just give you a key?

thanks for your suggestions, i checked them all and currently Steam sells GTA V with 40% off for $27 in my country. I thinks it's the best deal, so i'm gonna go for it.
