is my CPU overheating

What is your cooler?
What is your case?
What is your graphics card?

If your cooler was mounted well, I would expect to see temperatures around 10-15c. over ambient when idle.

So far as it goes, your max temperatures are not alarming.
But under load, I suspect they would be higher than you want.

so ... shuld i remount the cpu cooler and if so whit what shuld i clean the thermalpaste (arktic silver 5)

If you remount the cooler, you must clean off the old paste and apply new.
Alcohol does the job nicely 91% if you can.
Use something lint free; I use paper coffee filters.

Do not use too much paste, or it will act as an insulator.
A small rice sized drop in the center will do the job.
It will spread out under heat and pressure.
It is hard to use too little.
With AS5, it takes some 200 on/off cycles to reach max efficiency.

Any cooler needs a source of fresh air to do it's job.
That is why I wanted the case and fan info.
If you have two 120mm front intakes or better, you should be ok even with a hot graphics card.

What is Vcore load/max voltage, scroll it up and u will see.
If you get this temperature only when using webbrowser then something is wrong, most likely u didnt mount cooler properly. I linked you a video check it out. Did you do anything in Bios?

So put it to default maybe??? Are there any other things u did that u wont tell? Xmp profile wont make your temperature to skyrocket, but im sure that u did something wrong.

Your VCORE is extreemly high for this cooler. Go back to Bios and put everything to default, F5 on your keyboard if its asus mobo.
Check HWmonitor again, if vcore the same then u didnt reset it properly.. Then easiest is to tweak it manually........
What RAM sticks do u use?
