Computer Crashing and Immensely Slower

On the 22nd of May, I was playing MGS V and waiting for Overwatch to update. After the update, I was no longer able to play Overwatch and it would Blue Screen every time I got into a game. After checking for the causes of the crashes and running the verifier, the computer said it was a driver error. The verifier found the faulty driver but would not mark it in the registry. After starting the computer again and looking at what apps may have caused the sudden change, the apps and features and control panel have both said the games: MGS V, Overwatch, League of Legends, and Brawlhalla, were installed on the same day. This couldn't be possible as I was playing MGS V just before it had crashed.

Now my computer is so slow that the mouse cursor slides like it's on ice and finding files and displaying the control panel takes quite a few seconds. This computer was bought five months ago and should not be this slow considering it has an i7-6700HQ and a GTX 1060M.

Specs:
intel i7 6700HQ
GTX 1060M
8GB RAM
Windows 10 Home
Brand: Gigabyte p55w v6

I'm pretty annoyed and just want my computer working again

That fixed the blue screening but it hasn't fixed the weird smooth mousy stuttering feeling.
The counter on Overwatch says I am getting 80-100 fps but it feels as if the game is stuttering a bit.
Any fix for this?

EDiT: It's even happening on the windows login screen. Why is it like this
