Sorry for bad english but I didnt find any help on polish forums. :<
Since 3 months or so I have a problem with cs go lagging. It is not low fps, I benchmarked it with fraps and it was always more than 150fps, but on a screen there was lag. It happens both online and locally. The lag occurs the most in deathmatch, almost everytime when the enemy spawns. I replaced graphic card, ram, psu, motherboard, cpu... stil the same. I installed the system and the game on ssd and hdd - no difference. I formated my pc something like 20 times... I even called an electrican to check if my electricity is ok - and yes it is. Right now I am pretty convinced it is a software issue... Other games like Borderlands 2, Darksiders, The Bureau etc are not working correctly but this may be due to bad optimalization with amd - but I know cs go should work perfectly fine! I found these 2 errors in my event log:

My pc is i5 6500, radeon rx 480, 16gb ram, gigabyte z270 gaming k3 motherboard, zalman zm-600 psu.

It could also be straight incompatibility with one of the components; did you replace with the same parts or with different/upgraded ones from what you originally had? It says something about a leak in one of those errors (the other references the Bully game, which you don't even mention in your post, so that's probably not the overall issue); usually that refers to a memory leak, which has to do with RAM.

I bought that pc 6 months ago and in the beginning every game was running perfectly fine. I have this problem just for 3 months, and I started replacing AFTER I noticed this issue to solve it. Worth adding, I can't build a PC and I did not do it myself, every replacement was done by PC store that I bought my pc in. They checked game with other gpu (gtx 750ti and gtx 1050ti) and still the same. Checked with other cpu, motherboard, ram, psu - still the same. They gave up and I gave my pc just to check to another pc store - they failed to find the problem too. I also tried the games with other system installed, Windows 7, everything still the same of course.
I just right now did another format and I did not install any game or steam yet, but I already got this error just after instaling radeon drivers.

THIS

Forgot to mention, if it works run SMART tests on your drive. Run full and short tests, if any show fail or pre fail then its time to RMA drive

I've never seen anything like this. Do you have a relative or close friend who has an extra desktop handy? Try testing individual components on a seperate pc.

Test the GPU first. Then GPU with RAM. Then Gpu, ram and HDD.

If there's a problem with any of these you'd know which one is causing the problem.

@oldschool - do u even read my posts. :p I checked on another disc.
@Venom Sadly, none of my friends have any good pc, only laptops or gaming on consoles.
I discovered sth important! I plugged in my old pc, had to format it and now - cs go on that pc lags EXACLY the same way like right now on my pc. There is that vc redist error too. Other games than cs go run ok on that old pc, but it cant be coincidence that cs go behaves exacly the same!
I checked on another monitor of course and in another place (I mean in other room) and on both pcs issues are still the same with cs go.

"Nie można wygenerować kontekstu aktywacji dla "c:\program files\amd\cim\bin64\SetACL64.exe". Nie można odnaleźć zestawu zależnego Microsoft.VC80.MFC,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50608.0". No, right now the problem is in almost every game.

Soooo... I bought a new pc. Not so good, GTX 1050 + Pentium G4560, I bought it just for a test, I wanted to put in every part of my old pc into new one and check. But it has exactly the same problem from the beginning. It has to be windows 10 problem... I dont have any idea what to do now.

NO. It drops in exacly the same way like on an old computer. Everytime in the same locations, in the same time etc. Plus Pentium G4560 is pretty good for its price, at lower settings it can run new games no problem - but that does not really matter couse I also got lags in old games like Darksiders 1 (NOT remaster), Alpha Protocol, Enslaved etc etc...
