Hey guys I am planning to build a pc . I only know about the main parts of computer . Down below I listed my combination , please tell me is it a best match and can it run heavier games than GTA 5 on ultra settings . If you see a amendment do let me know and suggest improvements.

CPU : Intel® Core™ i7-960 Processor (8M Cache, 3.20 GHz, 4.80 GT/s Intel® QPI)
Ram :12 or 8 GB
Graphics card : Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 2 GB

Why are you trying to build a PC with old hardware?
A low-medium end modern PC will cost the same as a "high end" 6-7 year old like you are looking at. With the modern one you have an upgrade path, with the old you are going to immediately run into issues with driver and software support.
