can anyone explain why when i play any game, my game begins to get slower in response and has lots of screen tear. for example, when im on gta 5, i average around 100fps on everything max (except from aa) and when i go to different places, my game begin sto get slower and get screen tearing. i get all of this when i start to average 60fps. i dont know why this happens, but its not only gta... when i play csgo, my game just gets really slow and the screen tearing begins when i lose fps on more demanding maps. can someone please tell me whats going on. i have a high end pc and its quite capable of 1440p, but i play at 1080p.
