My new pc i got a month ago keeps wanting to crash and freeze, not sure if its just when playing games, but when im in a game it will randomly crash and a random time either 10 hours to 20 mins into loading the game up. A week ago I did the windows memory checker to see if it was my memory but it seemed fine - passed both tests. However, I think its either the Gpu, Cpu, Memory, storage or cpu cooler.

Im also getting fps drops bc of this - whenever i crash or get a fps drop i can hear either my gpu or cpu cooler fans slow down then speed up again. Ive got all the newest driver updates and all my bios settings are fine i think - xmp, and cpu at 4.4 ghz at 1.350 v.

Please help im really confused about this, also ask if you need anything else to further help me.

Pc specs:
CPU - i7 6700K 4.4ghz
CPU Cooler - Corsair H100i v2
MOB - ASUS LGA 1151 STRIX Z270F
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX ddr4 16gb 3000hz
HDD - Western Digital Blue Series 1TB
GPU - Geforce Gtx 1080 TI FE
Case - Corsair Carbide 400c
PSU - Cosair RM650x

thanks.

What stresstests have you ran so far? I'd run memtest86 besides the windows memory checker. Also, aida64, ibt, realbench are also good programs to try. What happens at stock CPU speed? Also may want to try RAM at 2133 to test. Could be latest GPU driver causing issue as well. Temps ok?

My temps are fine never seen them over 70, ill run all the recomended programs to try and cross the suspects out, I was also thinking the cpu voltage might be the problem, 4.4 ghz at 1.350
