I hit my keyboard (don't ask) and then when I tried to type in Edge it didn't work, just opened up the History tab. I tried typing on the Start menu and it didn't work either. I tried switching keyboards but the same thing happened on my other one. Without thinking I restarted my PC, but now since I can't type my password I can't use my PC. Please help!!

Try a different USB port if it's a USB keyboard.
If you don't have a USB keyboard then get one to test and just return it when you are done.
