Open up Game Debate site,
link: http://www.game-debate.com/hardware/index.php?pid=2365&cpu=APU%20A10-8700P%20Quad-Core
For GPU, type in R6 8700P and select it.
For RAM, select 8GB.
For game, type in DOTA 2 and select it.
After that, click on "Can you run it?" button to see the results.
You can use Game Debate site for other games as well, so you don't have to ask about every game here in the forums.
