Hello everyone,
I'm from Argentina and It's my first time buying all my components for a new pc and I have some problems as my knowledge don't go beyond "Mother, CPU, GPU, Ram are inside the case".
The computer is purely for gaming as I bought a gaming pc some years ago but I would like to add a new one to play with my brother.
I will list what I have in mind and what the store offers me for a similar price. This store is the Cheapest place I could find so I have to work with what they got here. I don't have the posibility to buy from outside so this is what I have to work with.
C++:

Price list of the place I'm buying

I'm using a 60Hz refresh rate monitor in 1920*1080 resolution.

I originally arrange the following:

-ASUS ROG MAXIMUS IX HERO
-INTEL I7 7700 (K or not, I don't really know)
-MSI GAMING X GTX 1070 8 GB DDR5
-2X8 CORSAIR VENGEANCE LED RED ORCRUCIAL BALLISTIX SPORT LT
-SSD 120GB COSAIR AIR OR 240GB SANDISK
-HDD 2TB TOSHIBA
-NZXT PHANTOM 410
-THERMALTAKE TR 600W (I don't know if a 800W is needed for this components)
-WATER COOLING EVGA CLC 120

And this is what they offer me

-GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-GAMING 7
-INTEL CORE I7 7700k
-MSI GAMING X GTX 1070 8GB DDR5
-CORSAIR VENGEANCE LED RED DDR4 (2X8GB)
-HD 1TB WESTERN DIGITAL
-RIOTORO CR1280 PRISM (Only fulltower they got, I don't know if a MID tower can work)
-SEASONIC 850 WATT REAL 80PLUS GOLD FULL MODULAR
-WATER COOLING EVGA CLC 280 Liquid

Both setups are about $35k.
My idea is to pay between $30-35k
Are this the best idea to go with? Is there a better setup I could buy with the parts I got in that list? Is water cooling the way to go?Is the case Full vs MID a problem here?

Many thanks in advance! If anything else is needed I'll glad to add it.

Solution
Well, not sure why they removed the SSD and also, 850w power supply? really?
The first one would be more balanced.
Also, if you go i7 non K, you dont need the Z motherboards, you could go with a B250 Pro4 and save some money.

I'm glad my idea is not bad :D
Probably going with 7700 as I don't plan on overcloking.
600W is enough for this?
Thanks
