Massive fps drops in shooting games, cpu going to 100% when it happens.

I'm having severe fps drops in many multiplayer games. In CS:GO i can go from 45 fps to about 5. When i check task manager it says it's using 80-100%, then goes down to 14%. This also happens in Overwatch and Titanfall 2. I've tried many things to fix this, but none work so far. After this happens it will go back to normal. When there are lots of sounds happening I have noticed this happens more.

Check for viruses and malware. Check task manager to see if any programs are running at idle. Uninstall your video drivers and uses DDU to remove all leftovers. Then download a fresh new version. First link has malewarebytes and the second DDU.
