PC shutdown and now PSU and lights only turn on

My PC shutdown while I was gaming and now it won't start up. When I press the power the LEDs on the mobo light up and the PSU starts up, but everything else stays idle. The EZ Debug LED for the CPU is on. I'm not sure what exactly to do or look for, so some guidance would be appreciated.

Could be a cooling issues. What do you use to cool your cpu. If it is liquid cooling it is a good bet the pump went and the cpu is in protection mode. Or it could be the fans on the cpu have gone bad if it is on air.

Before you do anything though reset the cmos. If your lucky that alone will solve the problem.

Sorry for takin so long, but I was out of town for Memorial Day. But I just got back and was able to install a new CPU fan. Now everything is back to normal and running fine. So I just wanted to say thanks for your help.
