Someone help me find a router for XFINITY DOCSIS 3.0 that is cabable to limit download/upload usage of each device?
Please also make sure you find one that is dual band and mainly for gaming!

Most any medium to high end router would be able to do this.

I have and highly suggest an ASUS AC68P (or 68R, 68U, 68W), and then upgrade the firmware to ASUSMerlin (super simple, just save the file to your computer, and point router firmware upgrade page to the file).
