Hello, how are you guys?

Well, I have exactly 10 days to decide what I'm going to do with my new build, there's a question in my brain like "What should I buy?", since I've been saving from March of this year I'm choosing the best I can in my country (Argentina)

I'm going to buy the next parts in 10 days...

Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero Z270 (Or Code? The armor looks pretty...)
CPU: Intel i7 7700K
CPU Cooler: Help me to choose.
Memory RAM: G. Skill DDR4 2x8Gb 3200Mhz TridentZ RGB
Video Card: Asus Strix GTX 1080 Ti.
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250 Gb, only O.S. and few programs (I don't want M.2 yet)
HDD: Western Digital 4 Tb Caviar Black (Only Steam and my whole library...)
PSU: Evga 850 GQ 850w 80 Plus Gold (Is this PSU good enough?)
Case: Corsair Graphite 780T

I'm not planning to OC the CPU, maybe the GPU a little but that's just a maybe, and for now I'll be playing on 1080p, I'm waiting for those Asus ROG Swift 1440p to arrive in Argentina, no stock right now. The only purpose for this PC is gaming, only that, no streaming or programming, maybe upload videos of walkthroughs to Youtube, but besides walkthroughs on Youtube, only gaming...

I'd like to you guys recommend me the best way to cool down the CPU, knowing that I'm not planning to overclock, would be enough a top tier CPU Air cooler or should aim to AIO cooler like Corsair Hydro Series H100i v2?

Thanks for your time guys, and sorry in advance for my english, it's not my native language.

Solution
OP - even a small 120mm single tower cooler like the Cryorig H7 will handle a stock and small ON a 7700K. A larger 140mm single tower like the Noctua U14S or ThermalRight True Spirit 140 Direct will handle a large OC that's enough for anything outside of an extreme overclock or really high ambient temps. All these single tower coolers do this with very little impact on RAM clearance in single fan mode (plenty).

The massive dual tower coolers like the R1 linked above and Noctua D15 can cause some RAM compatibility issues, but they're overkill in most cases. You don't need anything like that.

I'm with @Boosted1g: get a small to mid range single tower air cooler. It'll do everything you want for less money.
Hi DNY_Damian92 :)

If you do not intend to Overclock the CPU then an Aircooler is sufficient. In which case I recommend the
Cryorig like the one here: http://www.cryorig.com/r1-ultimate_us.php
Bear in mind that they are big and bulky and can restrict the RAM choice to low profile Modules.
If you intend to OC in the future (which you should) as you have a "K" processor then, I recommend the AIO which is a simple installation with your 780T and it will look tidier and allow for higher profile DIMMs.

In my opinion an AIO has a very slim place in the market.

For most users an air cooler will do and your sub $100 AIO coolers are not going to provide with enough improvment to be worth the cost increase.
There is a small range where you can push your CPU harder with the >$100 AIO over air coolers but anything outside of that limited range will require a custom loop cooler.

So if you dont plan on doing a large overclock my advice is to stick with the cheaper much simplier option of air cooler.
