Try unplugging your CDrom and booting up with it unplugged. Update all drivers. Sound & GPU.

I'm also thinking its a hard drive problem. Because I have like 200+ viruses on it but it's too slow to take them off. I'm running my os on 60gb ssd. Does the hard drive have to have windows on it for me to continue playing games on it, or can I just format it and install my games on it. I'm thinking it's my hd because it slows down the internet for like everyone I'm around(servers, people in the area complaining about slow internet speed) tips would be much appreciated. I think my hardware is good but my software has a cancer

If you believe it's something like a virus, or malware, i highly advise getting virus protection. Defragging the drive & running malwarebites. You'd speed it up and remove anything hogging the network.

Hope this helps you.

You can google a guide. "How to flash motherboard with USB"

To upgrade your sound drivers you'll have to check what drivers you're using, for example REALTEK & then head over to their website to look for new drivers.

Sorry i can't get links at the moment. Am using mobile data :)

If you have 200 viruses wipe your hard-drive and reinstall everything including a new antivirus. Trying to clean that is ridiculous. Only update BIOS if something in the new version is specific to your setup.

10GB left on the SSD? That might also be part of the problem. Move some stuff over to your WD HDD and you should see at least a slight improvement.

If your brother installed multiple AV programs that will be an issue in the future. Having multiple AV programs means that they'll start fighting over your computer's resources which in turn will starve your other processes. Keep Avast and get Malwarebytes, and get rid of the rest.
