Motherboard temperature is extremely hot, need help!

Can someone help me, I have an ASUS G11CD Motherboard and it's too hot. I've tried Corsair Link and it says 120C, HWMonitor says 121C, Speccy says 120C. I've gotten rid of the dust in my pc it only changed by 5C. Any help??.
