Lots of lag in all games

Hey all.
I just installed a new gtx 1060 graphic card in my rig and I'm still getting crazy lag in all my games like cs go and Diablo III
My current set up is
I5 4690
16gb ram ddr3 1600hz
Asus h97 pro
Msi Gtx 1060 x
240gb ssd
Aero cool vx-600 psu

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't want to insult your intelligence but have you installed the latest drivers from Nvidia's website? In addition try downloading MSI Afterburner and see if your GPU is under load while playing which may help in diagnosing a hardware issue.
