Hey all,
I need some help with an issue i am experiencing with my GTX 860M - I've tried everything, drivers, re-flashing bios, reinstalling windows and i cant seem to get anything to work.
After fiddling around i noticed that the power limit was throttling - Im not sure why this issue is happening now however it causes my card to throttle itself an unnecessary amount - I don't have access to increasing the power limit. Any ideas.
