Rear USB ports from mobo suddenly failed

While I was just browsing the internet, my keyboard and mouse (the only devices plugged at my rear usb ports) suddenly stopped working. As I thought at first that the Computer might just "hanged", I pressed the restart button; only to find out that it is the rear usb ports [USB_01] that are not working, as if they were **dead (no power). Other ports at the back panel (audio ports, ethernet port, onboard VGA) were working fine by the way. And now, to access usb ports, I can only use the front panel.

I tried:
> Re-installing Windows
> Updating Drivers
> Flashing BIOS
> Set Enable USB: "on" on BIOS
> Unchecked "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
> Enabled/Disabled selective USB suspending
> Switching Power Plans

I even tried:
> Using a known-good PSU
> Cleaning RAM / Using different RAM
> Booting into BIOS/UEFI

But to no avail, usb's USB01 and LAN_USB23 just doesn't work anymore suddenly. (LAN Port works fine).

to reiterate I use USB devices via front panel connected to USB4_5.

I don't even know if Windows even recognize these ports. (I don't know which are which ports are in the Device Manager). Image attatched...

What I think right now is that its probably a hardware problem given that even on bios, the rear usb ports don't work. But what little hope I have is that it is unusual for USB01 and LAN_USB23 to fail at the same time; and LAN is still working.

I hope someone could help me before I consult my mobo to a technician or just replace it.

Thank You
