No, I think it's kosher.
Amazon UK is asking £302 for the same model:

So not a vast difference in price to make you think something is wrong, and that Ebay seller does have 100% positive feedback. All I'd question is the manufacturer's guarantee, a dead cert with Amazon but less certain with products sold on Ebay - - may be why it's cheaper perhaps? But I reckon it's genuine alright.

I've seen similar prices. I don't think it's too good to be true.

It does say: "Brand new in Plastic Protector - Taken out to test"
too bad taken out to test = not so brand new... or = slightly used.
