Is the i5 upgrade worth it?

Alright, so here it goes.

I built my computer during the rise of Skylake. It sports an i3-6100 clocked at 3.7 GHz. At the moment, I am running a PNY XLr8 Geforce Gtx 750 TI.
However, I just purchased a GTX 1060 , also the xlr8 version from pny.
At this point, the i3, on mid to high settings on GTA v and other games, manages to keep the GPU usage at a steady 99% on a full load. However, this new card will be able to perform at a higher quality.

My question is that, in my case, will the i3-6100 be enough horsepower, or should I consider and i3-7350k or even an i5-7400?

Solution
An i3-6100 should do nicely for the time being. If you're considering an upgrade then you should go for an i7 or Ryzen 5, as an i5 isn't going to offer much of an improvement and games are trending towards multi-threaded CPUs.
