Is Open Hardware Monitor inaccurate? or is my CPU going to break its self?

Open Hardware Monitor showed all my cores at over 5400 mhz my cpu only goes to 4.2

http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/technologies-gaming/over-drive is the only monitor I trust for AMD CPUs/APUs.
