Help after installing evga hybrid kit on gtx 1080

I purchased an EVGA hybrid kit for my 1080 and everything went in fine. Inserted it back into my motherboard and double checked to see if all my wires are connected, including the 8pin on my card. Turn my pc on to find that everything is spinning up, and the LED on the card is on. However, nothing shows on my screen. I threw an old 770 in it just to troubleshoot, and it happens to work perfectly. Not sure what went wrong when installing the kit, everything seemed in order. I've been using my 1080 for a few months now. Ps: I even removed the motherboards battery.

Specs: intel i7 4770k
Corsair vengeance 16 gb ddr3
Asrock z97m ac/x
Cooler master 1000w silent pro

I guess if its a evga CARD contact there support there easy to deal with and will help troubleshoot . unless you slipped and broken or scratched the pcb in a bad spot there kit should be fine on there cards . lot of guys use them I have a hybrid 980ti

if you registered your evga card as you should / need to your a member at there forums may ask there to see if any evga experts on 10 series hybrid use will chime in with help from there 10 series experiences

also may try the air cooler back on the 1080 to see if it works again with it as before ?? thing is only electoral part from the card is the pump ??? its not like anything should of been affected in a...
