so i had issues on brother's pc with black screen after windows startup, got rid of that by accidentaly turning on recovery and deleting gpu drivers with ddu in safe mode, now the problems is, when i try to install amd drivers - right after it says installing gpu driver screen goes ''no signal'' and if i restart computer windows still use basic driver, how i can fix this problem

What are you using to display ? Is it a tv or monitor?

When you use ddu on these cards you have the option not to restart after removal .Select this then put the driver on and set it up .
If you select restart after ddu then this can happen . Its actually sending a signal but its usually out of range unless your using a monitor.
Ive fixed the issue before by adding another display to the back of card ,also by using an old monitor . BTW my tv cant even show me the bios with an r9 290x I have to plug old monitor in to get there.

im using monitor, somehow i installed the gpu driver but now got back to same problem - black screen after windows 10 logo, tried everything, removing cmos battery, reinstalling gpu driver, restoring windows, going back to previous version of windows, none helped :/ thru safe mode i cant install drivers because it says failed to load detection driver when cleaned with ddu without restarting

You can try a forced shutdown (basically shuting down pc with power button ) .
Then reboot after 5 secs or so
Also let me know if you have to hold power button for 4 seconds to do it or its set to instant off.

If that's not worked
Try turning off Fast Startup...
This feature only works when you do a SHUTDOWN and then Boot.
It doesn't effect a RESTART.
To turn it off or on...
Go to Control panel..system and security .Power Options, on the left you see " Choose What the Power Buttons Do "

Lower down on the window, uncheck Fast Startup.
Then cold boot .

now im geting ''no signal'' even using microsoft basic driver, when previosly it was working fine, is the problem in windows or graphics card, because before i dusted out pc it was working normally and after connecting everything together this problem happened

Microsofts own driver is no good its a basic driver to give basic functions and will not work on games etc.

Boot in safe mode and install driver for gpu wait 5 mins (cup of tea etc ) . then restart it.

Infamous radeon black screen probably my only gripe with AMD cards. Happened to me a few times a few years ago with certain drivers, hasnt since, guess its hit or miss. Try a different driver

Use this driver its one of there better ones https://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/radeon-crimson-16.4.2-win10-64bit.exe.
You can change it later using ddu without the restart.

This driver doesn't have the relive thing just incase

I still use one of those cards in a system. Not bad speed wise . The trick is to not let ddu restart after removal . Then put new drivers on and set it up .

did exactly the same and putting new drivers says ''cant load the detection driver'' - no installing in safe mode

ok heres the plan . Use ddu now to remove any leftovers but choose not to restart . Then install the driver from the link 16.4.2 (actually a good driver). If it does it again I am catching the next train outa here.
