Hi. I disconnected an internal sata-3 HDD and reconnected it again and it just stopped working. I have tried swapping ports and power supply and it does not show up in Disk Management or BIOS. I can't even hear it. I currently have another drive in the PC which is working fine.

I assume you did this disconnecting and reconnecting while computer was powered off. Somehow, the HD completely died. I'm not sure what or if anything can be done by a DR company/specialist, check with Dr_Luke, go with what he says.
