Z270F front panel headers

Hello! I'm building a gaming computer and decided to use the Z270F as motherboard. I wonder how I schould connect my power sw, reset sw and my H.D.DLED cables. I've read the manual but I don't understand, please help me!

At the lower right corner of your motherboard you will see this group of pins (it's a 20-pin group but only with 17 actual pins):

Which looks like this in a diagram:
[o][o][o][o][x][o][o][o][o][o]
[o][o][o][o][o][o][x][o][x][o]

* where: o = pins; x = no pin

The first 4 pins at the top row and the first 4 pins at the bottom row is where you will connect those front panel cables...

Connect the:

PWR LED, (+) at the left, (-) at the right --> [o][o] | [o][o] <-- PWR SW, (+) or (-) does not matter
HDD LED, (+) at the left, (-) at the right --> [o][o] | [o][o] <-- RESET SW, (+) or (-) does not matter

This did not work, where do the switch power and reset power go ? My power led is two one pins and my hdd is one 2 pin and my power and reset are 2 2 pins where do they go ?
