So recently I just purchased an i7 7700k, ASUS Z270f Strix and 16GB of DDR4-3000MHz RAM and I put it all together, and it's all fine and good, installed programs and drivers etc, and after I get the audio working, I find out that the sound is all stutter-y and hard to listen to, especially after a bass note in a song, or the entirety of this intro to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8U_R_tKwtas I can hear the speaking but it's like the audio bitrate is too high and some sound bytes aren't being played and it's stuttering. And this isn't the issue because I changed the bitrate to the default and it was the same, and I changed it to a lower settings (not lowest otherwise it will sound like crap) and the issue was still present.
It's really hard to explain and I don't know if recording it will work because I don't know if you can hear what I can hear because I assume I'll hear what the issue is but the recording won't pick it up.
