FPS Drops In ALL GAMES

Playing games and suddenly my FPS drops, then goes up again. It happens always to me. Tried to find how to fix it but didn't, hope u know how to fix it guys..

PC SPECS:
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3330 CPU @ 3.4GHz (OVERCLOCKED TO 3.4GHz) Default value is 3.0GHz
GPU: Asus ROG Strix GTX1080 (Set to Gaming mode in software)
RAM: 16.0 GB 1600MHz

What kind of games are you playing, on what resolution and how low does your FPS drop? Since you have a GTX 1080 alot of games shouldnt be a problem, the CPU seems to be a bit older but should still be enough

I'm playing games like Rust, Grand Theft Auto V, PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS
Playing on full HD resolution: 1920x1080
It drops to 35-45 but gets up so fast, sooo fast.
Feels like freezing for 0,5 sec

Have you updated your GPU drivers? Also, Might be a problem with your CPU overclocking, try playing games without overclock and see if that does anything.

Yeah, i had gtx 970 so i uninstalled the GPU drivers with DDU, then installed drivers for my gtx 1080
