Ok so Ive had this build for a while now but I really doubt it could be outdated parts (Intel Xeon E3 V3 1231 @3.8Ghz, Patriot 16Gb (2x8) @ 1600Mhz, GeForce GTX 1080 FE, Asus B85M-G, WD Blue 1TB hybrid drive ;yes csgo is on the SSD;) Ok so in Ulleticals FPS benchmark I used to get 319 fps avg on ultra settings 4:3, now its between 180 and 195. Wtf? I feel like its a gpu problem but its drivers are up to date. Suggestions?

This could be a few different issues, I would suspect you're just seeing lower frame rates because of some of the more recent updates. Some of the overhauls on the maps and the overall optimization of the game has changed frame rates for a lot of people.

I would recommend running a malware scan, malware can sometimes drain resources from your pc. Then I'd check task manager and see what is utilizing most of your system resources. If it is CSGO, it's probably just one of the recent patches making the game more taxing on your system. If it's something else, it could be bloatware, or a rogue process.
