This sounds like a drivers problem, I would uninstall all drivers then use the disc that comes with the GPU for the latest drivers update. Then check the frames out in game.

To uninstall all drivers go to --> Device Manager --> Display Adapters --> double click the GPU or GPUs --> go to details and click Uninstall

Then --> get the disc --> insert the disc --> install whats on the disc --> test the game.

Please fresh install drivers.

1) Download DDU but don't run it yet http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
2) Download GeForce Experience but don't run it yet http://www.geforce.com/geforce-experience
3) Open the Start Menu, open the power menu, hold Shift while you click Restart.
4) A full screen menu appears. Troubleshoot>Advanced>Advanced Startup>Restart.
5) Once it restarts, press 4 to enter Safe Mode.
6) Run DDU and remove display drivers.
7) Restart normally.
8) Run GeForce Experience. It will guide you through driver installation. I created an Nvidia account with my email, haven't received a single junk email yet.
9) Once drivers are installed, restart before expecting system behavior to improve.
10) You can now get rid of DDU, Its job is done, you don't need it anymore.

1) Device Manager only removes the drivers for the branded device. Other files related to the GPU in the System32 folder will remain and may still cause problems.

2) Never use the disc. Those drivers are horribly outdated. Always download drivers.

I ran a test and it said my cpu is only running in the 1st percentile, my ram in the 8th and my gc inn the 7th, that means 90 people have the same stuff but theres is running good, what could be my rpoblem?

What CPU cooler are you using?

Is the fan on the CPU cooler actually spinning?

What is the CPU temperature when sitting at the desktop? How about while gaming?

Need help finding CPU temperatures? CoreTemp can help. http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/

You never specified if you followed all the steps given by the other users. If you haven't, please do so.
If the problem still persists, I would strongly advise to go through all your hardware and make sure everything has a secure connection.
Also, run some games and check both your CPU and GPU usages and see what's going on, along with your temperatures.

Good luck!

Yes, but sometimes with what I encountered the latest drivers are messed up, I had to use disc drivers to keep it from crashing. Although I do go AMD and not Nvidia so it may be different.

AMD drivers are known to be much less stable than Nvidia drivers. AMD simply doesn't have the expertise, nor the money, that Nvidia has.

I don't mean they're a bad company, they're just a smaller company with much less resources.

Well AMD is not a bad company that's why, AMD is actually a very good company (unless you judge there customer support lol). I got a really odd experience with AMD customer support.
