I want to know the best, cheap budget cooling option, wether that is fan or water loop. I need low profile, preferable. My budget is under $50. If you feel you need to, you can make suggestions for ONLY the CPU cooler, motherboard and memory (the PSU only if needed and, if you suggest a DROP in CPU).

I plan on gaming, while recording on this pc, so it may require overclocking.

I don't want to spend too much on the system and if you have some online deals(I don't live near a MicroCenter :( ) I would love to hear them.

Anything and everything is greatly appreciated.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from AngeNoir0324 : "Budget cooling Ryzen 1600x (And then some)"

But what, then, does clock speed have to do with it, might as well go with the 1500x (but only 4 cores) and upgrade in ~1-2 years to a R7? Anyway, its better than mine right now.

I'm mainly asking for cooling for the 1600x which doesn't come with a fan or anything. But I'll look into it.

tried to keep a color sceme.Think that the gtx 1060 will be a good choice for the price.
Like said could you go for the Ryzen 5 1600 and even use the stock cooler which does good,it will save more.

I would prefer the RX 580 8gb right now. I guess I want AMD all the way. Should I get a smaller ssd though? I would only want it for the OS and other essential programs that are NOT games.

I started from scratch (believe it or not) and made this...

What do you think?

I plan on, eventually, upgrading to a Ryzen 7, whether a 1700 or 1800x.

Look at this one,
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/vz3RsY/zalman-case-z11plushf1
what you already picked is about what you get for that kind of many though.
Other options,
https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/ttDzK8,2tTrxr,mPBrxr/
what i would like for that kind of many, but certainly not "Red",
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZHmxFT/fractal-design-focus-g-black-atx-mid-tower-case-fd-ca-focus-bk-w
would go nice with the parts i suggested. ;)

Looking at that list did the ssd you looked at seem a nice one and imo is 240gb about the minimum you want for an ssd,but that's me.

Do you have a cheap suggestions for an OS and non-game application ssd?

Back to my original question; what would be a good, Budget cooler for overclocking the Ryzen 5 1600? Should I go with a cpu liquid loop or is there a good air cooler, or will the stock cooler work fine for 3.5 ghz overclock or so?

Also, I think I will stick to the Deepcool Tesseract atx case. I LIKE the re red lightship black with one of them, so it fits the build.

EDIT: I do have to say that the last one, the Fractal Design, looks hot

No. For windows at least try to get an oem copy from a shop.

https://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/D28H99,kwkwrH/
depends on what you want for storage space, the 250gb you chose before seemed a nice choice too hence the smaller one here.

The stock cooler should do fine for what you ask for, otherwise this one,
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/3HGj4D/thermaltake-riing-silent-12-red-530-cfm-cpu-cooler-cl-p022-al12re-a

I see you went for the m-atx board, which is fine by me,but as linked above could you get other smalle cases too with that. I liked the Gaming 3 also because of the soundchip it has on it.
