Does this mean that since i am planning on getting a Ryzen 7 i can only use 2400mhz ram? or could i still get 3200(o.c) ram and it will work fine?

Solution
Overclocked RAM is still hit-or-miss on Ryzen motherboards right now. AMD just released another microcode update which will be in BIOS updates in a week or two. You might buy 3200 RAM and only be able to get it to run at 2667. It is difficult to predict right now.
