I'm no expert, but I dont think you will be able to play Unity or Syndicate with a 625$ budget, but then again, i'm no expert.

I live in Bangladesh.Gtx 1060 3gb is not available in Bangladesh but gtx 1060 6gb available in Bangladesh which cost 335$.
