I just switched back from Windows 10 to Windows 7 and I noticed my fans have gotten extremely loud. When I'm booting up my PC, for example in the BIOS menu, I don't have any problems. The fans run at a very reasonable level. But once I get into Windows 7, it's like everything kicks into max gear and it's extremely loud. I used SpeedFan to set the speed of all of my fans except two. I tried to set them all, but for some reason two of the fans won't change: my CPU fan and a fan called "AUX 3." So it seems like the problem is with one of those two because the very loud fan is still present even when only those two are on. Any ideas?
