Need a second opinion on this system

Solution
You'd face possible (most likely) compatibility issues using that G4560 (a 7th-gen Kaby Lake CPU) with that H110-chipset motherboard (designed/released for/with 6th-gen Skylake CPUs). If that motherboard doesn't have an updated BIOS, you can't boot up using the G4560. Best and easiest solution is to change that H110 motherboard to a B250.

I have also changed the RAM from your initially-selected DDR4-2133MHz to a faster speed DDR4-2400MHz for less than $13 the price.

I also replaced the GPU with a slightly faster base clock speed at a much lower price ($30 less).

Here's the updated partslist:

the total without the mail in rebate is a bit high, but those part changes r worth it.
