Hi, I just wanted to ask if my monitor has a DVI-D (Dual link) do i have to plug it in the mobo or the gpu? I'm new to pc building and wondered if i can use my monitor even though only the gpu would support it and not the mobo, or do they both have to have a DVI-D dual link in order for me to use my monitor. I'm thinking about building a pc and thats why I'm asking this.
