So I have 2 rams. one is 2gb and the other is 4gb. My 2gb ram doesnt show in my pc but only the 4gb. My total ram should be 6gb but its only 4gb. Is it the motherboard that is broken or the ram? I have a feeling that it is the motherboard cause I feel like the the one ram slot is broken. I want to switch my 4gb ram to the 2gb ram slot but Im afraid cause I did it once and my pc didnt turn on. If anyone could help please give advice,thank you
