So basically, is everything compatible and is it a good build, I can't really go for something more expensive. This gpu is like cheapest 1060 I could find(I'm gonna be buying locally), and of what I've seen it does pretty good. I dont need a case since I'm gonna use my old one, and don't need an OS either.

Solution
I suggest the 1500X, a cheap B350 board with 4 RAM slots (look for the B350-A and B350 Pro4/Pro4 micro ATX), 8GB of DDR4 (Preferably high frequency with Ryzen, but don't pay too much) and a 1070 paired with one of the PSUs I mentioned.
That'd be the best balance.
Get this instead.
A 1600 isn't a good idea in the price range.
Get whichever is cheaper from the CX450M/CX550M (new black label) or Seasonic S12II 430/520w series.
Prices between the 1060 6GB and RX 580 can vary, so get whichever is cheaper.

Does the 1500x have any big differences with the 1600, as far as gaming at 1080p (perhaps in the future 1440p, dont think so though) and getting into video editing? And doesn't it come without a cpu cooler? If I'll go for the 1500x I'll probably be able to get a better, more expensive, gpu. So, since the video card you suggested isn't being sold here (Greece), which other gpu would you suggest? So, if I get a ryzen 1500x I'll be able to either get a gtx580 8 GB or 1060 6GB, for the 580 I think my best choice is the Gigabyte Radeon RX 580 8GB since that one is also the cheapest one I can afford. and as for the 1060 there are more choices, perhaps an Evga gtx 1060 sc 6GB or a Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 6GB which is cheaper? Thanks for you help so far.
