I will be building my first PC and I want to know if this build is good or no https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wDZtyf (Dunno why I couldn't find the monitor lol)

I will be playing games like Overwatch, BF4 and more. It will mainly be for gaming actually.

Looks all good. Just change that Kingston SSD to anything similar in that price range. That unit has a bad reputation of read/write and sequential.

I was going to go with that mobo but features like the lack of optical out made me change it.
And 240Gb is a bit too rich for my blood so I feel that 120Gb is better than no SSD.

RAM and GPU where chosen for availability in my country.

3. http://computerpad.ae/ (this website is kinda slow, I recommend you check with the first 2) (changing the currency in this website is kinda from the left corner)

Only the RAM in my build is from Amazon as I found it cheaper there.

In that price range you cannnot find many options other than the cxm or seasonic s12ii/m12ii. The cxm is a pretty solid unit after it has been uograded last year. It should be fine.
