I received a nessage on my cmputer that another computer on this network has the same IP address as this computer, contact your network adminstrator for help to resolve the problem.

depends if your computer(s) are set up using static IPs or DHCP

check the network adapter settings on both machines and either assign different IPs within your subnet, or turn both to "automatic" and reboot your router
this should resolve the issue
