wifi is connect to my iPad but it says I have none

This is a recent problem. I came home and turned on my iPad to do work but when I tried to do anything wifi related it says I have no wifi even though i have three bars. I have tried everything, rebooting, shutting down, turning of wifi in settings, forgetting the wifi. I even tried switching the wifi. None of it worked. I have gone all over the web trying to find a solution but nothing works. Please help
