I am not sure which CPU I should buy.
I will be mostly gaming, recording and editing in 1080p 60fps.
Mostly I'l be playing ArmA 3 & Rust in 1080p.

Which one should I get for 1080p60fps gaming?

Solution
The i5 7600k is an absolute beast for gaming. The i7 7700k is too, but is better for video editing recording etc. If you can afford the i7 7700k go for it, if you can't, go for the 7600k. The 7600k should be capable for video editing though, but not the best. Since your only running a 280x and want to edit videos etc, I would say the best value would be the Ryzen 5 1600x for you. Its a great gaming processor (slightly behind the 7600k, but will improver with newer games), and is better than the 7600k hands down for video editing and other things cause of those more cores and threads, and since your only using a 280x, the difference between gaming in the 1600x and the 7600k would be almost unnoticeable. Also, your probably going to want...

Also, your probably going to want 16GB for your needs.

I7 definitely takes the cake if u can afford it , I would still take it over the ryzen 5 1600x , but it really boils down to what u feel comfortable spending. the ryzen5 1600x is a great CPU for the future gaming world but right now it's kinda sub par to the 7600k. Intel has the best single core push at the moment . But later when cores/threads become more optimized for games ryzen 5 1600x will pull a head. Also don't know where ur located but for some reason the ryzen series is definitely more expensive in Canada then the i3/i5/i7 7th gen equivalents . I just today bought a 7600k for 299.95 where the ryzen 5 1600x is like $345.99-379.99. Definitely shop around.
