New PC Build (Not starting up)

Hello, after building a PC and turning it on, it does not display, fans spin and then stop, spin and then stop (Over and over again) and the CPU Status LED is on.

Parts:

  • Processor: Intel i7-7700k
    Motherboard: Gigabyte AORUS Gaming 8
    RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2400Mhz DDR4 16gb (2*8Gb)
    GPU: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Hybrid
    Cooler: Watercooler embedded in PC case
    PC Case: DEEPCOOL GENOME
    PSU: Corsair CX750

I just realised I hadn't plugged the CPU power cable into the Motherboard. (I didn't remember doing that when I built my PC in 2014)
