Its the Highest, I know right, its kind of backwards, LLC level 1 is the tightest and LLC Level 8 is the lowest (the most vdroop)

depending on which board you are using will depend on which level you need to use, on my MSI B350 I needed Level 2 to hold the vcore where i wanted it, Level 1 actually raised the vcore slightly under stress, however, my MSI X370 board only needs Level 4 to hold the vcore where I want it.
